Plan Ad-on's

✔ Add-On Package 1 - Campaign Scheduler + Campaign Click Tracking + Smart Agent Routing : ₹1500 per month    (Paid for basic plan duration)

✔ Add-On Package 2 - Upto 100 Tags, Upto 20 Custom Attributes, Project APIs : ₹1500 per month (paid for basic plan duration)

✔ Dialog-flow NLP chat-bot setup : ₹15,000 one time

✔ Dialog-flow NLP chat-bot AMC : ₹10,000 per year

✔ Integrations - Shopify, WooCommerce, Paddly, Razorpay etc: ₹15,000 per year per integration

✔ SSO Integration : ₹5,000 per year

✔ Platform Web-hooks : ₹10,000 per year

Messaging Charges 

Conversations cost (applicable for Indian numbers) -

✔ Marketing Conversation  - ₹0.85 per conversation

✔ Authentication Conversation / Utility Conversation / Service Conversation  - ₹0.45 per conversation

▶ Conversation is restricted to a 24 hr window beyond which additional charge is applied for a new 24 hr conversation window.

▶ Conversation charges vary with receivers mobile country code.

▶ Conversation charges are subject to change as per changes proposed by META Inc. Current conversational charges applicable till 31st May 2023 only.

Terms

▶ All plans are prepaid basis.

▶ Flexi recharges available as per customer convenience for messaging charges.

▶ Subscription plans and add-on costs applicable for duration of subcription only.
